AGMT GROUP offers procurement, customs clearance and import/export services exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (§ 312g BGB) applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB) and therefore generally does not apply to our contracts.
If, exceptionally, you enter into a distance contract with us as a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
