If you have questions about the processing of your personal data, you can reach us via the contact details above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
We process your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following legal bases:
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA ("Vercel"). Vercel delivers the site through a global content delivery network and also operates the server that receives our contact form submissions.
Each time the website is accessed, Vercel automatically processes server log data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is not combined with other data sources and is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel deletes the log data after a short period.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. As Vercel is based in the United States, data may be transferred to a third country; see the section "International Data Transfers".
When you use our request form, the data you enter (company, first and last name, email address, postal address, optionally phone number, delivery location, urgency and notes, as well as the items requested) is transmitted to our own server at Vercel and forwarded to us by email. To protect against automated spam submissions, we also briefly process your IP address (to limit the number of requests per period of time); it is not stored permanently.
To send the request to us and the confirmation of receipt to you, we use the Brevo service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Your contact details are also stored in our customer directory at Brevo so that we can assign your request and any follow-up requests. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; the data is processed within the EU.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your request and preparing a contract), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for spam prevention. We store your request for as long as necessary to process it and to handle a possible order. If no order results, we delete the data no later than twelve months after the last communication. If an order results, the statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law of six or ten years apply.
Some information is required to process your inquiry; without it, we may not be able to handle your request.
When you access the website, the server log data described under "Hosting" is generated. Beyond that, we only collect usage data if you have consented to the "Marketing" category in the cookie banner; see the "Cookies" section for details.
We use cookies and similar storage technologies in the following categories:
Marketing cookies are only set once you actively consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: .
We disclose your personal data under the following circumstances:
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
Our services are directed at business customers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise these rights, please contact us at malte@agmt-group.com or andreas@agmt-group.com.
If you have concerns about how we process your personal data, please contact us directly first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the competent authority for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
Email delivery via Brevo takes place on servers within the European Union. Our hosting provider Vercel and, if you have consented to marketing cookies, Google are based in the United States or belong to US groups, so personal data may be transferred to the United States. We base these transfers on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where the respective provider is certified, on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Questions about our privacy practices can be directed to: malte@agmt-group.com or andreas@agmt-group.com.
